About these terms

These terms apply to the services provided by BTP Growth Solutions, a business registered in Malaysia at No 41, Lorong Kendi 9, Taman Merak, 14100 Simpang Ampat, Pulau Pinang. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean BTP Growth Solutions, and "you" means the business or person using our services.

By using this website or the AgentDock platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

Our services

We provide marketing, automation and AI services. AgentDock is our platform that lets a business run an AI assistant on its own messaging channels, such as a WhatsApp Business account.

AgentDock generates replies automatically. It works from the information you give it, but automated replies can still be wrong or incomplete. You remain responsible for what your assistant says to your customers, and you can take over any conversation at any time.

Your account

• You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for what happens under your account.
• You must have the right to connect any messaging account or business information you add to the platform.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Send spam, or message people who have not agreed to hear from you.
• Break the law, or the rules of any platform we connect to, including Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform policies.
• Mislead your customers about who they are talking to, or impersonate someone else.
• Attempt to gain access to another account’s data, or to disrupt the service.

Third-party platforms

AgentDock connects to services run by other companies, including Meta. Those companies set their own rules, availability and pricing, and can change or withdraw access. We are not responsible for their decisions, and an interruption on their side may interrupt your service.

You are responsible for complying with the terms of any platform you connect.

Fees and payment

Fees for a paid plan are shown before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew for the period you chose unless cancelled before the renewal date. Unless required by law, fees already paid are not refundable.

Message and conversation charges set by a messaging platform are separate from our fees and may be billed to you by that platform.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may need to pause the service for maintenance, and we may change or discontinue features. Where a change materially reduces what you receive on a paid plan, we will tell you in advance.

Your data

Information you and your customers put into the platform remains yours. We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can ask us to export or delete it.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that we are required to close by law or by a platform we rely on, or where fees remain unpaid. On closure we handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

We provide the services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
